This story illustrates how we don't ever know our importance in the world until our eyes are opened to our life mission. This tiny star was important for the baby Jesus and the world to be able to have light to see.

Glad we found this version of the book. It is slightly longer than the smaller version my daughter loved finding at our library. It's a sweet story and a good moral of 'you're never too small to shine bright'.

The Crown Jewel of Children’s Books

In 1995, Dr. Robert Schuller Endorses “The Tiny Star.”

In April of 1995, after CHECKERBOARD PRESS filed for bankruptcy in 1994 and when “The Tiny Star” was no longer being published, Art met Dr. Robert Schuller at The Crystal Cathedral. Dr. Robert Schuller loved “The Tiny Star” and was so impressed with Art’s confidence in getting the story published again and getting the story animated that he told Art that he was a “super possibility thinker!” and endorsed “The Tiny Star.”

After 30 years, Dr. Robert Schuller’s endorsement, it is now on the back cover of the “First Edition of “Starlet, The Tiny Star.”
