In October, Art contacts bookstore managers as well as Ingram & Baker & Taylor to get The Tiny Star distributed to bookstores. The Tiny Star sells 4,159 copies in two months.

Art attends his 1st Book Expo with Terry Savoy and meets Dan Johnson, President of The Idea Agency who loves "The Tiny Star." Wait for It! Art will meet Dan Johnson again at Book Expo in 1996 – Was it Providence or a Coincidence?

February, 1992, Art Copyrights “The Tiny Star,” a full-length animated Christmas movie with lovable characters, memorable music and an epic storyline of Biblical proportions.

While in LA, Art fortuitously meets Dr. Robert Schuller at the Crystal Cathedral, who loves The Tiny Star so much, Dr. Schuller endorses Art’s story.

Art attends Book Expo and meets Dan Johnson, who is now the new President of Tommy Nelson. Remember, Art met Dan Johnson at Book Expo in 1991. Dan loves "The Tiny Star" and tells Art he wants to publish the book – Was it Providence or Coincidence?

April, 1997 Art signs on with Tommy Nelson, in Nashville, TN. The Tiny Star is released on September 1st, 1997, and sells over 33,000 copies from November to December

With 30,000+ copies being sold every Christmas, Tommy Nelson publishes The Tiny Star in Board Book format and sells 51,786 copies

The Tiny Snowflake debuts on the Top 40 List selling 730 copies in 1 week with a total of 39,561 picture books and 28,827 board books sold

Tommy Nelson publishes La Pequena Estrella and sells 4,831 copies in board book and 43,692 copies of The Tiny Star in board book format

Tommy Nelson emails Art stating they will not print The Tiny Star citing Pat Schories illustrations were outdated and declining sales. A total of 259,038 copies of The Tiny Star were sold by Tommy Nelson. (That doesn’t make any sense to Art) Tommy Nelson does not return the rights to The Tiny Star to Art!

After almost 10 years, on February 12^th, 2016, Tommy Nelson finally returns the rights for “The Tiny Star” and “The Tiny Snowflake” to Art

Art contacts Tommy Nelson to request the Master Plates / PDFs required for Skyhorse Publishing to print the book. Tommy Nelson confesses that they lost the plates and the PDFs needed to print more copies of The Tiny Star! Pat Schories illustrations were not outdated, and sales were not declining, the royalty statements illustrate that in black and white. The real reason Tommy Nelson could not print and sell more copies is they lost the Master Plates and the PDFs! This creates a major problem. Skyhorse must scan the book and The Tiny Star” is published.

On December 10^th, 2023, exactly 40 years, after Art wrote “The Tiny Star,” a number that appears in the Bible 159 times, Art has an Epiphany. It is time to execute “THE MASTER PLAN,” but there is one thing that is missing, a song for “Starlet, The Tiny Star.”

On April 1^st, Brianna Shelko and Art meet at Bravo Ocean Studios in Atlanta to produce the first music demo for Starlet, The Tiny Star

On November 29^th Using Jack Green’s instrumentals, Grace Martin and The 7 Mile Island Players produce a skit and sing “Starlet, The Tiny Star” at the Stone Harbor, Christmas Tree Lighting in front of over 2,000 people.

On September 1^st, 2025, Sky Pony Press/Skyhorse publishes the First Edition of “Starlet, The Tiny Star,” that includes the sheet music for Art’s song “Starlet, The Tiny Star (A Star the World Could Love) and the 12 BIG MESSAGES.

On December 2^nd, Sarah Yox, Music Director with Notre Dame School of Bethlehem, PA are the first choir to sing their arrangement of Starlet, The Tiny Star.
